Your PDF is deleted after analysis We read your policy to answer your question, then delete it. Your policy isn't stored unless you choose to save a pack.

Saved packs are encrypted If you save a pack, it's encrypted (AES-256-GCM), tied only to your email, kept on a rolling 90-day window, and deletable anytime.

Reminders store the minimum If you ask for deadline reminders, we store only your email, the dates, and a short label — then delete them after they pass. Cancel anytime from any reminder email.

Share links store nothing A share link carries the result inside the link itself — we keep nothing about it on our servers.

Encrypted in transit, hardened in the browser Served only over HTTPS, with a strict Content-Security-Policy and escaped output throughout.

The complete list of what we can hold about you: deadline reminders (your email, the dates, a short label — deleted after they pass), saved packs (your analysis, encrypted, plus the email it belongs to, kept on a rolling 90-day window), and the sign-in tokens and sessions that protect them. Analyses are never stored automatically — the only copy we can hold is a pack you explicitly save.

To see or delete your data: open My ClaimSarathi to view and delete your packs and reminders yourself, use the 'Stop these reminders' link in any reminder email — or email hi@shaquillegurung.com with the subject 'Delete my data' from the address you used, and we will erase everything tied to it.
